Fightin' Words had it's best interview ever, with former WBO heavyweight champion "Relentless" Lamon Brewster. During the interview, Lamon mentioned his website and upcoming fitness video. Here is his website and it will be updated shortly to add the video for purchase, along with personal contact with Lamon. Fightin' Words fully supports this video, and would like to thank Lamon for taking time to talk to us. Lamons website is www.lamonbrewster.com

In November of 2006, Fightin' Words Radio Show broadcast it's first show on 1490AM WWPR. Co-hosts Aaron and Adam Jaco were teamed with Bob Carroll for the show. Aaron and Adam Jaco are both professional fighters.
Aaron is a light heavyweight fighter with a current record of 14 -2, and is the holder of the NBA Junior Intercontinental Light Heavyweight Title.
Adam is a cruiserweight with a deceiving 4-2 record.
Aaron and Adam bring the show a perspective from inside the ring and what happens before and after a fight. They are the sons of 1980-90's heavyweight contender David Jaco. Aaron and Adam also provide boxing training. Co-host Bob Carroll , his wife Kathy and his father Butch are all training at the Jaco gym. To learn more about the training and how you can train in boxing, see the Jaco Boxing website at http://www.teamjacoboxingfitness.com .
Bob Carroll is a longtime boxing fan who brings the perspective from a fans point of view. Bob is also a native of Philadelphia, so his views can be vicious and to the point. Bob has been a fan of boxing since he saw "Rocky" in 1976.

In April 2007, Fightin' Words added boxing insider Benny "THE Big Dog" Henderson to the show. Benny is the lead writer for Doghouse Boxing, founder/owner of the "Fighters of Faith" website, columnist for Premier Round Magazine , as well a member of the Boxing Writers Association of America (this gives him a vote in the International Boxing Hall of Fame balloting). Benny brings an air of legitimacy to the show with his updates of up coming bouts, fighters and general goings on in the world of boxing, from an insiders perspective.
Benny is also a heavyweight fighter with a 2-0 (2 KO's) record, and won the Arkansas Heavyweight Title in his last bout. You can hear Benny each week on Fightin' Words. To check out Benny further:
