Aaron is a fitness & boxing trainer at his gym, Uppercut, in Sarasota, Florida. Still, with all the success of the title, gym and radio show, Aaron's main source of pride is his baby daughter,Anna and his wife Maria.

                           Bob Carroll
Bob is a longtime boxing fan who is old enough to remember "USA Tuesday Night Fights". Bob first became interested in the sport when his grandfather took him to see the movie "Rocky" at age 10, and has been a fan of the sport ever since. He trains with Aaron and Adam, but gave up his dream to box after a three round sparring match with Aaron. Bob is a huge Notre Dame and Philly sports fan. He is an even bigger fan of his daughter Kayla and wife Kathy.

Frank "Butch" Carroll

Frank grew up watching "Gillette Friday Night Fights",and is a student of the sweet science and the shows historian. Frank is the father of Bob Carroll. He and his wife Sharon, are the proud grandparents to five grandchildren,  Kayla, Trevor, Tighe, Brady, and Kayden

"THE Big Dog" Benny Henderson Jr.
Benny has been Fightin' Words boxing insider since April 2007. Benny (pictured above with country music legend Aaron Tippin) is the lead writer for Doghouse Boxing, a writer for Premier Round boxing magazine, the owner/founder of Fighters of Faith website and a member of the Boxing  Writers Association of America. Benny is a crucial part of the Fightin' Words crew, as many of the guests who appear on Fightin' Words are contacts made through Benny.
Benny is a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan, which we think started after severe head trauma, but we forgive him for that fault. Benny is the proud father of two children, and the proud husband of Sharon Henderson. Benny and Bob have spent many long nights talking on the phone
about fights as they happen.

Cornermen

Adam Jaco
Adam is a current cruiserweight prospect
out of Sarasota, Florida. Adam had to take
some time off from boxing due to a shoulder
injury, but has come roaring back. Adam is
a fitness and boxing instructor at the Team
Jaco Boxing Fitness Gym in Sarasota. Adam
is the trainer and coach of the Team Jaco "Young Guns" amatuer boxing team. As busy as Adam is,
he still takes time out to spendwith his wife, Sarah.

Mini Sticks
Mini Sticks is the son of Charlie Chopsticks. Mini Sticks is an in studio guest on most shows, taking the intellectual angle of the show. Mini Sticks is not satisfied with the usual bland media questions for the guests, so he will ask the hard hitting questions of the guests. At times, Mini Sticks will draw the ire of the guests and not back down on his point, which we love about him. Mini Sticks can be heard on most shows as a third voice for Fightin' Words.

Seconds

Bubba Fancypants
Bubba is a regular caller to Fightin' Words. Bubba made his debut on the very first show. He called to complain about the fancy pants that some fighters wear during the bouts. Bubba starts off every call with "Hello Boys, is that you?" Bubba calls to talk about the drunken adventures that he and his friends have had during the weekends. His partners in crime are D-boy & Charlie Chopsticks.

Charlie Chopsticks
Charlie Chopsticks is a frequent guest/host of Fightin' Words. He is reportedly an associate of Bubba, although that has not been confirmed.
Chopsticks has called the show several times to try to level out the nervous energy that appears on the show. Although he is a huge boxing fan, Chopsticks has his mental flaws, as he is a N.Y. Mets and N.Y. Jets fan. Too bad Philly has dominated those teams.

Stanley Irwin
Stanley is another regular caller to the show. He is the supposed cousin of the late "Croc Hunter" Steve Irwin. Stanley calls to talk about his "walk abouts" in different parts of the world. Stanley always has an adventure along the way. After Steve's death (RIP), Stanley devoted his life to killing all of the stingrays in the world, but got bored with it after a couple of weeks. Tune in to hear Stanley's lastest "walk about".
